Terms and Conditions

This website and platform are the property of MOFFIN SOFTWARE, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (hereinafter "MOFFIN"). These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the use of the platform through this website, applicable to all users, who must be aware of and accept them. Therefore, using the platform on this website constitutes user status and implies full acceptance of its content, as expressly acknowledged by the user through electronic means under Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code.

To access the services offered on this website, the user affirms they are over 18 years of age.

If the user does not fully and completely accept these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from accessing, using, and browsing moffin.mx.

For purposes of this document, "User" refers to any person who accesses moffin.mx and uses any of the services offered through the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to any services the user accesses through moffin.mx. Any query made through MOFFIN's website implies unconditional acceptance of the terms in effect on the date of the query.

This document constitutes an adhesion contract between MOFFIN and the User, both agreeing to the conditions set forth herein.

Access

MOFFIN grants the User a non-exclusive, time-limited right to use the platform on moffin.mx, allowing access to the contracted service plan.

The User is responsible for having the necessary equipment and internet access. MOFFIN is not responsible for the quality of the tools or services the user employs.

By merely using the MOFFIN platform, the public gains user status and accepts all the general and specific terms included herein.

Registration

Upon registering, the User creates an access password and is solely responsible for keeping it confidential.

Any misuse or error resulting from this password is the User's responsibility, and MOFFIN is released from liability.

Use and Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for using the platform, always using it in accordance with its features and permitted purposes. The User agrees not to use it in violation of any laws.

MOFFIN and the User agree that any data provided is for the User's exclusive and confidential use. The User assumes full responsibility for granting access to others.

Services

MOFFIN will provide services that the User may contract through the platform. These services include, but are not limited to:

Credit bureau queries
RFC FIEL certificate queries
SAT blacklist checks

Costs

Service prices are listed in Mexican pesos and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. MOFFIN reserves the right to modify prices, which become effective upon publication and are not retroactive.

If a service plan is not listed on the website but was previously approved by MOFFIN via email or signed document, that price will be honored.

Trial Period

MOFFIN may grant free access to a limited sandbox environment for users to explore platform functionalities. MOFFIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this trial access without prior notice.

License

MOFFIN grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to view and use the web platform at moffin.mx under these terms.

Printing or copying content is permitted only for personal or client use. Any commercial use or reproduction requires prior written permission from MOFFIN.

General Use Rules

The User may use the platform in a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable manner. The following rules also apply:

Content is clearly identified as being from MOFFIN, except user-provided data.
MOFFIN may block access or remove content that violates laws or agreements.
MOFFIN may suspend services due to non-payment.
MOFFIN is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party reports.
Technical errors from external causes are not MOFFIN's responsibility, though repairs will be initiated upon awareness.
Users must not breach platform security.

Indemnification

The User agrees to hold MOFFIN harmless from any third-party claims arising from misuse of the platform, violations of terms, or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

MOFFIN’s platform, logos, and content are protected under applicable IP and copyright laws. Users may not modify or reuse such content without authorization.

Modifications

MOFFIN may modify content, services, or prices at any time without prior notice. Major changes will be communicated, and continued use implies acceptance.

Assignment of Rights

MOFFIN may assign its rights and obligations under these terms at any time.

Cancellation

The User may cancel the service with a 30-day notice to hola@moffin.mx. No refunds are provided for unused consultations. Outstanding debts must be settled before termination.

MOFFIN may cancel access for violations of these terms.

Data Protection

MOFFIN implements measures to protect user data but acknowledges that internet systems are not foolproof. Users acknowledge and accept MOFFIN’s Privacy Notice, available at moffin.mx.
